Please plan to participate in this Sunday’s important congregation-wide conversation: “What are we looking for in a new pastor for Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church?” The March 14 conversation will take place after our 10 a.m. Zoom worship service and will be centered on your responses to the questions about the gifts and qualities you would like to see in a new pastor. This is your opportunity to provide your insights about the kind of pastor this congregation will need as we move forward.
Types of questions to ponder include:
What gifts do you hope the new pastor will have?
What would you like the new pastor to emphasize in this ministry?
How do you want to be led in your walk with Jesus?
We look forward to wide participation in this event. Much of our conversation will be held in smaller breakout groups, so there will be plenty of time for people to share. Your perspective is vital! The Ministry Site Profile Team will listen carefully to your responses as well as consider all written submissions to faithfully portray our congregation’s thoughts in the final document.
