
This year, Palm Sunday at Christ the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church began with a potluck and pancake breakfast. You can tell by the smiles: The food was great, and the fellowship even better.
At the front of the line is Tim Bergeland, our seminarian from Yale Divinity School. This was Tim’s last Sunday with us. Over the past year, Tim led a group in Reimagining Church, which is culminating in planting a beautiful pollinator garden on our church grounds.
After breakfast, we processed into worship with palms and shouts of “Hosanna!” See the pictures below (and posted in the hallway) for some highlights of our joyful celebration!
